During the production process, complete production process flow chart and operation instructions for each process inspection shall be implemented. At the same time, self inspection, patrol inspection and final inspection shall be adopted to ensure that each part is produced according to the design requirements and avoid abnormal production.

The production site adopts visual management and color management, actively promotes on-site 5S management and lean production, strictly implements the TS16949 system requirements, and sets up a special non-conforming product area for each machine.

Each workshop shall implement a defective product display area to display abnormal products, which shall be used for schedule production training and implement lean production management requirements.
