Job responsibilities:

1. Use packaging design software to engage in product packaging structure design and appearance design.

2. Check and confirm drawings and samples.

3. Participate in packaging and label tests, and improve them according to the results.

4. Assist the project director to complete the design and development of the packaging project on a regular basis.

5. Plan and promote the work related to the system project (material estimation, production cycle, etc.).

6. Preside over and complete the packaging structure design of finished products and semi-finished products, coordinate with suppliers, conduct proofing for packaging structures and complete packaging tests.

7. Prepare packaging structure documents (product packaging method documents, product stacking documents, packaging structure documents, materials, bom and other relevant documents) and timely update the documents and relevant data.

8. Collect the customer's complaints about the packaging structure, handle the customer's feedback, and propose improvement methods according to the feedback, so as to deal with and improve, and prevent batch quality accidents.

9. Organize various packaging improvement projects, such as the improvement of packaging materials and packaging processes.

10. Participate in the packaging improvement and project carried out by the procurement, and be responsible for the accounting and control of the packaging material price (the supplier's technical quality identification, the provision of packaging information, etc.).

11. Provide support for packaging and design for other departments of the company.

12. Collect packaging information and track the dynamics of competitors' packaging.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, with relevant knowledge of material chemistry, packaging technology, packaging technology, packaging design, statistical data analysis, etc.

2. At least 2 years of work experience in the design industry; Have good art skills and accomplishments, good innovation ability, and training experience in design expertise, advertising knowledge, and product knowledge is preferred.

3. Master the relevant knowledge of hardware packaging technology, and be proficient in using packaging design software (such as coreldraw/Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator/AutoCAD 2D and 3D).

4. Be familiar with the properties of packaging materials and chemical properties of printing materials; Have strong systematic and logical thinking ability;

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the reasonable deployment, supervision and management of personnel in the work of the Quality Inspection Department;

2. Organize the training of department personnel on work process, inspection skills and professional theoretical knowledge;

3. Be responsible for implementing and publicizing the requirements of the inspection specifications, improving and following up the problems of process exceptions and customer complaints;

4. Be responsible for the implementation of inspection work and the supervision, patrol and confirmation of the authenticity of records;

5. Be responsible for the confirmation, review and judgment of reports related to inspection work;

6. Supervise the timeliness and accuracy of various daily inspection reports;

7. Be responsible for the confirmation and judgment of the abnormalities found in the inspection, and feed back to the superior and other departments to communicate and coordinate the rapid handling of the abnormalities;

8. Timely grasp the quality fluctuation of each production unit, and organize relevant personnel to review the deterioration trend;

9. Organize PQE to analyze various bad data and supervise PQE to track and improve;

10. Convey the work instructions from the superior and check the implementation;

11. Weekly report, monthly report, work plan output and confirmation of case closing effect.

Job requirements:

1. At least 5 years of quality management experience; Or injection molding quality management experience of 3 years or above;

2. Quality management experience in auto parts and machinery industry is preferred;

3. Master ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO/TS16949 system knowledge;

3. Be familiar with the production process of automobile engine and VVT, have experience in manufacturing site management and improvement, and master the quality exception handling process;

4. Understand injection molding, cleaning, machining, assembly, packaging and other processes;

5. Skillfully use relevant measuring equipment and testing tools;

6. Familiar with quality tools, able to independently complete improvement project planning;

7. Be familiar with the seven QC techniques, five tools, 8D,

1. Proficient in automotive parts machining (powder metallurgy, aluminum products, pig iron products processing) process;

2. Familiar with fixture design of machined parts;

3. Experience in supporting main engine is preferred;

4. Be able to independently complete machining process, prepare machining center program, CNC lathe program, and independently prepare process operation instructions.

5. Proficient in modeling and drawing with 3D software such as CATIA/proe.
